Better regulation
The FSA approach to regulation is risk-and evidence-based as well as more principles-based. Working with stakeholders we have undertaken numerous initiatives over recent years to ensure that we maintain proportionate regulation that is supported by cost benefit analysis and continues to deliver our statutory objectives.
This page draws together links to the parts of the FSA website which set out our approach to better regulation.
